Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our assisted living facilities. You will provide nursing services, administer medications, and collaborate with STNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active OHIO LPN license and CPR, with experience in Point Click Care being a plus. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program, college or university.
• A current, unencumbered, active OHIO LPN License and current CPR.
• Experience in Point Click Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing services to residents, promoting well-being as directed by management.
• Directs day-to-day functions of STNAs in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
• Administers medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents' information and records.
• Attends required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Demonstrates literacy, writing, documentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Makes prompt judgments regarding elder care and emergencies.
• Works effectively with minimum supervision in a team environment.
