The Addison of Cherry Hill, part of Senior Lifestyle Corporation, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide licensed nursing services in our assisted living community. This full-time position involves medication administration, admissions assessments, and developing care plans under state and federal guidelines.
A valid LPN license in New Jersey, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of senior-care experience are required.
Formación
- Must have LPN license in New Jersey and CPR certification.
- 1+ year of experience in senior care or related field.
- English proficiency to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
Responsabilidades
- Administer medications in accordance with Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
- Assist with admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
- Develop and maintain acute and long-term service plans or care plans.
- Track clinical information (e.g., wounds, infection control) under direction.
- Provide health-related consultations to residents and staff.
- Notify physicians or families of health changes and document properly.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
- Educate residents and staff on health-related topics.
