Morning Pointe Senior Living in Frankfort, KY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the 2nd shift in our Assisted Living community. In this role you will support daily resident care, administer basic nursing tasks, and collaborate with the care team to uphold our high standards of dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
