Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indianapolis is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Rosewalk Lutherwoods Assisted Living to work evening and night shifts. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, perform assessments, and document changes to promote comfort, safety and well‑being through skilled, compassionate care.

You will collaborate with nursing and facility teams to coordinate care, demonstrate C.A.R.E.

Evening and Night Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements:
