Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Rosewalk Lutherwoods Assisted Living in Indiana. The role involves evening and night shifts and focuses on promoting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through compassionate nursing care.

The LPN will develop relationships with residents and staff, manage medications, and contribute to high-quality senior care. Strong communication and CARE values are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.

Evening and Night Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
