The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN invites qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our full-time or part-time day shift team. Dedicated to enhancing residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, our LPNs build meaningful relationships and deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, collaboration with care teams, and promoting a respectful, patient-centered environment in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
