We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Orthopedic Services team in North Bermuda Run, NC. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care within a collaborative and innovative healthcare environment.

Position Highlights

• Shift Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Department: Orthopedic Services
• Location: 329 NC Highway 801 North, Bermuda Run

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and providers; administer and document medications; communicate medication orders to pharmacies.
• Assist in interpreting patient data; recognize relationships between data and health status.
• Document patient care activities accurately and consistently.
• Review and document procedures, medications, and tests.
• Triages and documents patient phone calls regarding medications and conditions, consulting with providers as needed.
• Maintain examination rooms and supply areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• North Carolina LPN licensure
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
