Position Highlights:

• Shift Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Department: OB/GYN
• Location: 500 Shepherd Street, Suite 201, Winston Salem, NC 27103

Additional Information:

• Manage patients clinically through the MindCare evaluation process, including scheduling MRI's, Pet scans, labs, and appointments.
• Respond to in-basket messages regarding process and results.
• Schedule peer-to-peer calls, manage denials, and handle patient assistance programs.
• Follow up on infusion patients with after-hours calls to monitor reactions.
• Complete CMS registry documentation every 6 months.
