Job summary

ProMedica Fremont Memorial Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for patients under the leadership of registered nurses and physicians. You will participate in developing and evaluating the patient care plan with the health care team, and engage in professional development and team activities through staff meetings and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualified applicants must have an LPN degree, an active LPN license, and current BLS and IV therapy certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS certification and IV therapy certification.
• LPN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of RNs, physicians or APNs.
• Contribute to the patient care plan and its implementation with the health care team.

Job Summary

Requirements
