Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Vestal, NY is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality, individualized resident care across all shifts. You will document vitals, administer medications, provide wound care, and support daily living activities.

• Provide support and leadership to CNAs.

• 6am - 6pm


• 6pm - 6am


• 2pm - 10pm

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents. With a focus on excellence in care and well-being, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

• Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature


• Administer medications and injections to residents as needed
