Concordia at Cabot is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Take on hands-on clinical care with residents, families, physicians, and care staff, on Afternoon and Midnight shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments.

• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in their condition.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and members of the care team.
