Job description

LOCATION: Willow Tree Care Center – Grand Junction, CO
POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

PAY: $26.00 to $36.00 DOE

NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:

Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time positions (paid out in increments)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Full-time Nights and PRN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
  • Ensure that patients take their medication
  • Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
  • Liaise with patients' families

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed LPN license program
  • Computer skills
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • A love for seniors
