UVM Home Health & Hospice in Vermont is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Adult Home Health team. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.

You will assess needs, administer medications and wound care, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a $9,200 relocation package for full-time roles, a competitive salary, ongoing education, and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in Vermont.
• Two+ years direct home/public health, hospice and/or maternal/child health nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
