Job description

LPN ADON Wellness Coordinator (Finance)

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Maintains consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts, which may require assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.

Assists in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers. Provides ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manages staff schedules.

Oversees medication management, including training, pharmacy management, supervision, and administration. Conducts periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits in accordance with Brookdale Guidelines.

Shares on-call duties as required.

Education required: State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years relevant experience. Must hold an LPN or LVN license.
