Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
  • Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
  • Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manage staff schedules.
  • Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Obtain education required for state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Hold an LPN or LVN license.

$32.20 - $49.83 / hour
