Zusammenfassung

Lotus Behavioral Health is seeking an LPN to provide on-site nursing and attendant care for adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting. You will monitor health, administer medications, maintain medical records, and coordinate medical services in alignment with the mission and core values of Lotus Behavioral Health.

The role requires an active LPN license in Florida, with preferred experience in behavioral health or adolescent care.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or adolescent care preferred
• CPR Certification preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by program regulations, and/or individual treatment plan
• Maintains records, including Medication Administration and medical charts
• Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
• Monitor chronic health conditions, vital signs, and report findings to RN/Medical Director
• Screen residents for medical/dental exams and schedule appropriate medical appointments
• Adhere to policies, procedures and mandatory abuse reporting requirements
• Supervise and coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team
