• Licenses/Certifications: Current AZ LPN license or compact state license, BLS (American Heart or American Red Cross), Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience: 2 years in a healthcare setting required; Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility's admissions process and provide facility-related information to customers via tours, visits, assessments, and follow-up.
• Assist in achieving census and quality mix goals and support the nursing and admissions departments to ensure high-quality care for new residents.
