Prisma Health is seeking an LPN to work within the Facility Resource Pool at Blount Memorial Hospital. The role involves providing nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider, collecting patient data, and supporting patient and family education.

You will float across units as needed and may require weekend or on-call shifts. Qualifications include completion of an LPN program and at least one year of LPN experience; SC/NCSBN policy compliance and licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Education - Completion of an LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as an LPN.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care for patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Provider.
• Collects data related to patient status and documents patient responses.
• Performs patient care functions under license.
• Maintains patient records and confidentiality.
• Administers and documents medication administration per policy.
