Job summary

Canon Lodge Care Center is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Colorado. This full-time role delivers quality nursing care and requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs as needed, while participating in ongoing professional development and adhering to Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
