Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in NH.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow care plans from Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications per plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
