Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours per week | 6:30pm - 7:00am | No scheduling mandation

Pay Range:Pay range: $32.24 - $40.48/hr.(this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2025)

Shift Differentials, Holiday, and Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30p – 10:30p, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31pm -7am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31pm – Sun 11:00pm, $1.00.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
  • Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN).
  • Active State of Michigan LPN Certification.
  • CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
