Denali Center, part of Foundation Health Partners, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care under supervision. Eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus, with shifts full-time and pay ranging hourly from $25.88 to $40.44 based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, valid LPN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Completion of an IV therapy program may be required in certain facilities and/or departments.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician.
• Observe, contribute to the plan of care, implement, report and document patient care per policies and scope of practice.
• Coordinate and document patient care, communicate with team, and support discharge planning as needed.
• Deliver care according to physician orders and the nursing plan of care, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Document observations, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Assist with admission processes and maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.
