Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. The role offers pay at $37–$39/hour with per diem shifts and weekly pay.

We provide same-day or next-day pay via RapidPay Card, a potential hiring bonus after 2 shifts, and flexible scheduling. Local staffing coordinators are available 5 AM–11:30 PM to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• PPD within the last year is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements
