Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. Per diem with flexible scheduling, same-day or next-day pay options, and a possible signing bonus after two shifts.

Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required, along with current BLS/CPR and a recent PPD. Local applicants preferred; per diem positions offer full-time hours when available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year is required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
