Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. This per diem position offers $37-$39/hour, with same-day or next-day pay and a hiring bonus after two shifts.

We provide flexible scheduling and weekly pay, with local staffing coordinators available to support you. Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required, along with CPR/BLS and recent PPD testing.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
