First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads, VA. Earn $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay options and a potential hiring bonus after two shifts.

Per diem schedule offers flexibility with local staffing coordinators available 5 AM-11:30 PM and weekly pay for dependable LPNs with at least 1 year of facility-based experience and active license.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; no weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
