Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and standards of care.
• Valid State LPN licensure required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through physical exams and tests to determine health status.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Participate in care planning processes.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions with physicians.
• Document assessments and care per standards and policy.
• Educate patients and families on health issues.
• Complete forms and documentation per regulations.
