Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per Active Treatment Plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for resident care
• Perform primary nursing duties per shift and complete nursing summaries
• Monitor residents' health and relay concerns to nursing leadership
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per state standards
• Record orders in the EHR and ensure timely documentation
• Attend facility meetings and in-services to address resident health needs
