Open Arms Care in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time shifts at Nolensville, Antioch, and Nashville locations. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered and comprehensive benefits accompany competitive pay and training programs.

You will provide nursing and health care services, train staff, and participate in care planning while adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and organization policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or completion of LPN program.
• Active TN LPN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and healthcare services per organization policies and Nurse Practice Act.
• Train clients and staff on health procedures.
• Record vital signs and clinical observations accurately.
• Administer medications and assist physicians as needed.
• Ensure safe medication storage and inventory management.
