Job summary

Avantara Mountain View, part of Legacy Healthcare, has an opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on an overnight shift with weekend differential. The role supports a GREAT work-life balance, with 12-hour shifts and options for part-time or full-time hours.

You will be the backbone of the clinical department, ensuring residents receive medications and nursing care as directed, leading the team, and advocating for residents’ needs in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered SD LPN license required.
• Prior LPN experience preferred, but training considered.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPNyou are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
