Job summary

Bedford Post Acute seeks an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents on 12-hour day shifts. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered PA LPN/LVN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PCC preferred; strong clinical supervision skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Maintain nursing service records and charts.
• Collaborate with DON and Nurse Supervisor to ensure standards.
