Job summary

Bedford Post Acute is seeking an LPN/LVN (12-Hour Days) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs under the DON. Join PACS Group's network of post-acute facilities and contribute to compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge/experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify resident identity.
Chart nursing notes and maintain resident records according to procedures.
Participate in staffing, scheduling, and supervision of nursing staff to ensure quality care.
