Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, resident care, family education, and supervision of CNAs.Requirements: current Tennessee LPN license. We offer medical, dental, vision, insurance, and fringe perks. Salary up to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
