Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Flagstaff, AZ team in a fast-paced long-term care setting. This full-time role features 12-hour day or night shifts with 40 hours per week, and there is flexibility to choose your preferred shift.

You will administer medications, monitor patient status, perform wound and catheter care, assist with admissions and care plans, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to support residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and full-time schedule.
