Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
• Provide high-quality care in a SNF setting and support nursing leadership.
