Job summary

Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care.

We offer top-of-market pay ($26.00–$31.50/hr), 12-hour shift schedules (3 days one week, 4 the next), instant access to earned wages via the RAIN app, and a supportive leadership team under Oakdale Seniors Alliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of South Carolina (or valid Compact state license).
• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.
• Experience: Previous LPN experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Assisted Living is a plus—but passionate new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• The Heart: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and wound care accurately in compliance with state standards and physician orders.
• Clinical Assessment & Monitoring: Track vital signs, document changes in condition, and communicate updates to attending physicians and family members.
• Floor Leadership: Provide supportive clinical guidance, delegation, and teamwork with CNAs on your shift.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain clean, accurate electronic care plans and medical records.
• Seamless Shift Hand-Offs: Participate in thorough shift reports to ensure continuous, high-quality care for our residents.
