Edisto Post‑Acute is a beautiful 113-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Orangeburg, SC. We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care, supervise CNAs, and document resident conditions in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina LPN license.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and support daily activities of CNAs.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
