White Oak of Rock Hill seeks dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 141-bed skilled nursing team. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, leadership within an interdisciplinary team, and quality patient outcomes at a facility near Piedmont Medical Center.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing, currently licensed in South Carolina, with strong communication and critical-thinking skills. Full-time benefits are offered after 30 days.

Our center provides comprehensive long-term care services as well as short-term rehabilitation within a designated rehabilitation unit.The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
