Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team on all shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to individualized care plans in a supportive setting.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, shift differentials, daily pay option, a 401k, comprehensive health coverage, PTO and holidays, referral bonuses, and a culture of teamwork with great leadership.

Qualifications

LPN license required.
Compassionate, patient-focused and committed to high-quality care.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care including wound, catheter care, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members for coordinated care.
Educate residents and families on health management and procedures.
Ensure regulatory and facility guidelines are followed.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
