Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Central City is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team. We welcome dedicated professionals who provide direct nursing care, monitor residents, and support a safe, supportive environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, hourly pay $27–$31.33 based on experience, shift differentials, daily pay, full-time and PRN positions, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care adheres to regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
