• Current Oklahoma LPN license.
• 1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques; ensure residents’ charts are current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions; notify parties of changes or reactions.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations and assess resident condition.
• Update residents’ care plan and ADL/Nurse Aide flow sheets with changes.
• Provide wound care and administer injections and/or enemas.
