Maxim Healthcare, in North Carolina, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one-on-one with a student in a school setting. You will deliver skilled nursing care per orders and monitor health needs for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
