Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN home health nurse to provide direct patient care in patients' homes, with day and night shifts and flexible scheduling. You will monitor patients, administer medications, and support individualized care plans, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across day, evening, and overnight shifts, with dedicated local support and ongoing training.

Formación

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Pay: $32-$36 / hour

The family is actively seeking both a day nurse and a night nurse. The family prefers 12 to 14-hour shifts and is seeking nurses who are willing to rotate weekend coverage to help ensure continuity of care and support for the patient and family.

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
