Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN for home-based, 1:1 patient care in the Beckley, WV area. You’ll provide direct nursing support in patients’ homes, monitor conditions, administer meds, and update the care team as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year nursing experience.
