Job summary

Absolut Care of Allegany is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team for evening shifts (3P-11P). You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

You will contribute to comprehensive care planning, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
