Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a community-based pediatric primary care setting. The LPN will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient and family needs, delivering competent nursing care aligned with our hospital mission.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license, a Nursing Diploma (not a BSN), CPR certification, and experience in ambulatory pediatric care with strong patient education skills.

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Ohio LPN license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Nursing Diploma required (not a BSN).

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care utilizing the standards of care and the standards of professional performance outlined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN interacts with an interdisciplinary team to promote the optimal health potential of the patient and family, delivering competent nursing care based on the patient/family needs and the hospital mission. The LPN promotes a patient and family experience oriented environment and acts as a change agent to meet the rapidly changing census and needs of all customers-both internal and external.

Education

Nursing Diploma (NOT a BSN): Nursing (Required)
