Job summary

Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network in Rhinebeck, NY is seeking a Full Time LPN for our inpatient chemical dependency program. The position offers a detailed weekly schedule and weekend rotation with a starting rate of $35 per hour, plus a $3 differential for evenings and nights.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, NY LPN license, CPR certification, and experience in medical/surgical and behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing or accredited Nursing program.
• Minimum of one year in medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Mental Health, Substance Abuse Facility, or Correctional Facility experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate, prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Licensed by the State of New York as an LPN
• Certification in CPR.

A respected leader and innovator in the chemical dependency treatment field for more than 25 years, Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network in beautiful Rhinebeck has been helping people change their lives by providing them with the tools for a healthy, happy, and drug-free existence.

Our inpatientchemical dependency treatment program is currently seeking Full Time and Per Diem LPN.

Full Time Schedule:

Week 1: Monday 7:00AM-7:30PM, Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Week 2: Wednesday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:00AM-7:30PM

Every other weekend 7:00AM-7:30PM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Every other weekend 7:00AM-3:30PM

Rates:

Rates:
$35 per hour, day shifts
$35 per hour plus $3.00 differential for evening and night shifts

Requirements:
