Job summary

St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment & Recovery Centers is seeking a Full-time LPN at Recovery Campus in Massena, NY. You will assist under the direction of the Registered Nurse, providing nursing services to residents on shift patterns including Fri-Sat nights and Sun-Mon mornings.

Responsibilities

• Initiate actions to ensure resident safety and wellbeing; document in the clinical log.
• Assess residents in need of monitoring and document findings in the clinical log.

Position:

Full-time LPN

Shift/Schedule:

Friday-Saturday, 3:00p-11:00p & Sunday-Monday, 7:00a-3:30p

Pay Range:

$24.70/hr to $28.70/hr

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, assists in providing nursing services to residents.

Education and Training:

NYS Licensed Professional Nurse. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, including knowledge of population. CPR Certification.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Work experience relevant to degree and certification requirements
• Is trustworthy in safeguarding confidential information
• Maintains and pursues continued professional education

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for provision of nursing services to residents.
• Assists with monitoring of facility to ascertain residents’ activities and general status of facility.
• Initiate appropriate action to ensure safety, wellbeing of residents and facility as required. Document significant activity in the clinical log.
• Check any identified resident in need of monitoring because of physical and/or emotional difficulties. Initiate appropriate action as assessment indicates. Document findings in the clinical log.
