Job summary

Upstate Services Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time, no-frills role in a home-like environment. The position offers shift differentials and additional benefits including on-site housing (if needed) with full-time eligibility.

Responsibilities include planning and managing patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with physicians and RNs. Strong communication with patients and families is essential.

• Administers medications.
• Provides wound care.
• Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
• Assists with patient comfort.
• Monitors catheters.

Licensed Practical Nurse Job duties:
