Job summary

Frank Reda MD PA in Toms River, NJ, is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our small, family-oriented internal medicine practice. We value teamwork, personalized patient care, and a stable, low-turnover environment.

This 2-day-per-week role runs Monday and Tuesday, 9 AM–5 PM. Duties include vital signs, injections, wound care, patient intake, charting, and assisting with examinations. A NJ LPN license and graduation from an approved program are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Previous clinical or medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and basic patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the physician, including vital signs, injections, and wound care
• Assist with patient intake, medical history documentation, and preparation for examinations
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising physician
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and charts
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care plans
• Perform routine clinical procedures and assist with minor in-office procedures
• Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and prepared between patient visits
